Set in our lobby-floor dining room styled after Old Florida’s regal beginnings mixed with the warm, casual comforts of home, Proper Grit offers breakfast, lunch, dinner, weekend brunch, and a daily happy hour with live entertainment.

Executive Chef Andre Sattler and Chef de Cuisine Jesse Pita present a curated collection of comfortable pub house favorites, created with elevated preparations and locally-sourced ingredients.
